Selection and screening
Interview, document check and, where it makes sense, a work test before anyone travels.
With temporary staffing you get people for your shifts, your peak season or your growth without becoming their employer. Eurodelt takes care of the contract, pay, A1 certificate, accommodation and travel.
Three parties, clear roles.
| Eurodelt (staffing company) | Your company (hirer) | Employees | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contract | Staffing agreement with you, employment contract with the employees | Staffing agreement with Eurodelt | Employment contract with Eurodelt |
| Tasks | Selection, pay, social insurance, A1, accommodation, travel, replacement | Induction, workplace safety briefing, day-to-day instructions, timesheets | Work under your instructions in your shift plan |
| Contact | One dedicated contact | Supervisor / shift lead | Their contact at Eurodelt |
Our employees work at your site, under your instructions and in your shifts. Eurodelt takes care of everything else – from the employment contract to accommodation.

Anyone who hires out workers in Germany needs a licence from the Federal Employment Agency. Eurodelt holds this licence itself – issued by the Agentur für Arbeit Kiel. A copy comes with every offer. We work by the rules of the German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG): from the staffing agreement in text form and pay to the maximum assignment period.
All details for your assignment – hourly rate, surcharges, contract documents – are set out in the offer.
Your role is not listed? Ask anyway – we will tell you within one working day whether we can fill the role. Request staff →
Deadlines run from your complete request or from your confirmation of the offer.
In temporary staffing, Eurodelt is the employer: we sign the employment contracts, pay wages and handle social insurance. The employees work under your instructions and in your shift plan. In a works contract, our supervisor leads the team; in recruitment, you become the employer.
It confirms that the employees are covered by Lithuanian social insurance during the assignment. We apply for it for every assignment; you receive a copy.
As long as you need staff – within the statutory maximum assignment period, generally 18 months with the same hirer. We plan longer assignments with you in good time.
Both sides. As the hirer you share responsibility for health and safety at your workplace and give the on-site safety briefing (§ 11 (6) AÜG). Before the assignment we agree with you which protective equipment, certificates and briefings are needed.
Yes – the hirer’s works council must be involved before temporary staff start (§ 14 (3) AÜG). We provide the information you need in good time.
German law provides for secondary liability of the hirer in temporary staffing, for example for wage tax. That is why we give you the documents for your checks – licence, staffing agreement and A1 certificates; further evidence on request.
Job, number of people, start date, location – that is all we need to get started.
