Your job. Our team. Our supervisor.
For tasks with a clear scope and a clear result, we provide an experienced team with its own supervisor. We take on the job under a works contract (Werkvertrag) – you accept the finished work.
Clearly defined – from the start
- 01
Define the scope
What, where, by when, to what quality. It is all in the works contract.
- 02
Team and supervisor
We put the team together and appoint a supervisor who plans the work and gives instructions.
- 03
Delivery
Our team works independently in the agreed area.
- 04
Acceptance and billing
You accept the result; billing is by agreed output or units.
Typical projects – for example
Is your project different? Describe it – we will tell you within one working day whether and how we can take it on. Request a project →
Which model fits?
A works contract fits when the task is clearly defined and our supervisor leads the team. If the employees are to be integrated into your processes and take your instructions, temporary staffing is the right route – we are licensed for that too. We discuss this with you before the offer.
| Project team (works contract) | Temporary staffing | |
|---|---|---|
| Who gives instructions? | our supervisor | your supervisor / shift lead |
| What we are responsible for | the agreed result | qualified staff |
| Billing | by output or units | by the hour |
| Acceptance | yes | no |
A team that works independently
Our supervisor plans the work, leads the team and is your contact on site. You define the result and accept it at the end.
- Clearly defined work area
- Own supervisor in the team
- Acceptance against the agreed result

What the project includes
- Employment contracts, A1 certificates, accommodation and travel for the team
- Supervisor on site
- One contact
- One invoice
